I have worked at Comcast at the inception of onboarding ServiceNow to the company which has enabled me to gain a wealth of experience and expertise with ITIL and ITSM, which I use to deliver innovative and effective solutions. I am a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. My leadership skills have been proven, and I am capable of leading and motivating teams to achieve success. I enjoy thinking outside the box and always try to find multiple solutions for any given situation.
