   This concessions director position leads a team of full-time and part-time frontline, clerical, and support role employees. The position focuses on driving sales and the fan experience through the areas of customer service and client relations/satisfaction within a large stadium and arena setting; This position is responsible for the oversight of food and beverage concessions operations at four athletic venues on campus, a food truck, and Performance Athletic Dining (dining operations for student-athletes). This is a highly visible position and is responsible for daily contact with clients and customers and overseeing the concessions, food truck, and cafeteria operations; profit and loss responsibility for planning; maintaining food and labor costs; works closely with Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) and 3rd party vendors; scheduling; training and managing volunteers to operate event day sales; sale transactions, balancing end of shift reports; management of special events; HACCP/Sanitation and cost controls; ordering and stocking concession stands and carts with the proper counts and products; managing and maintaining inventory. Success in the position is predicated on organization, planning and great customer service skills. The ability to develop strong client relations is essential along with attention to detail and knowledge of unit finances.
