Pajesh is a Chartered Accountant by profession and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has also completed intermediate Cost Accountancy and Company Secretary. He is a Director in EY and specialises in Transfer Pricing and International taxation. He has been working in the field of transfer pricing since 2011. He also has added knowledge of corporate tax as prior to 2011, Pajesh used to work with corporate tax practice of EY for almost 5 years. Pajesh’s transfer pricing experience includes- Advises many Indian as well as multinational companies in the areas of transfer pricing planning, advisory, compliance and litigation matters- Transfer pricing of financial transactions, including inter-company loans and guarantee- Transfer pricing aspects of business restructuring, advising alternative business models to achieve the business goals of the client - Involved on discussions (including negotiations) with the APA authorities as well as Competent Authorities for APA & MAPs - Represented large number of clients before the Revenue Authorities including the Appellate Forum during transfer pricing audits - Developing defense strategies for transfer pricing audits- Serving large number of clients encompassing a wide range of industries including Automobile, Technology, Manufacturing- Advises listed companies on compliance with Companies Act, SEBI (LODR) and Corporate Governance perspective with respect to related party transactions
