Recruited from Allstate to take on an Operations Communications Director role before receiving multiple promotions for outstanding contributions as Claims Communications Director (2016), Senior Director Corporate Communications (2017), Head of Employee Communications & Change Management (2021) and eventually moving into current executive role as Head of Corporate Communications (2023).• Led the communications and change process for a highly complex, 3-organization,$4B acquisition. Successfully onboarded 3.5K employees from MetLife Property and Casualty business into Farmers Exchanges and Zurich.• Directed the transition of all 20K Farmers employees from a specific insurance carrier to an open marketplace model. Developed and implemented the change management plan incorporating employee education, multi-channel user training models and various levels of support. Project earned the Gold Quill Award from the International Association for Business Communicators. • Owned all COVID-19 communications for the company of 20K staff to ensure health and safety compliance, operational continuity, seamless technology implementations and implementation of employee wellbeing and mental health support.• Earned a position on the Operations Leadership Team, contributing to executive-level organizational strategy and owning 95% of employee communications at Farmers including 10+ business units (Claims, IT, HR, Risk, Legal Finance, Contact Centers, etc.). • Coordinated the launch and administration of the Facebook (Meta) Workplace platform to house enterprise communications. • Produced and delivered annual events attended in-person and virtually by 20K+, leading all programming, speaker management, IT / AV coordination, content oversight, and guest relations to enable the event to successfully run each year. • Played a key role on the “Future of Work” team, outlining a new employee experience and related communications strategy.
