About Paige Swanson
I am dedicated to challenging the systems that make higher education inaccessible to so many students. I graduated from North Carolina State University in Raleigh with degrees in Science, Technology, and Society and Nutrition Science. While there, I realized how many barriers exist for low-income students and became determined to solve them. Because of this desire, I co-founded a nonprofit with 3 other student leaders called the Student Basic Needs Coalition. We aim to ensure that all students, regardless of their background, can graduate from college debt-free.
