After 10 years in the workforce as an operations manager, becoming a parent completely reshaped my perspective. Suddenly, I was balancing the demands of my career with the overwhelming mental load of motherhood, and I realized how much needed to change—not just for me, but for all working parents. That’s when I turned to social media to share my journey. What started as personal reflections grew into a community of millions on TikTok and Instagram.My goal is simple but powerful: to change the workforce for families.
