As a Merchandise Operations Analyst at Macy’s Inc. with nearly four years of experience in merchandising, inventory analytics, and cross-functional strategy within the retail and fashion industry, I specialize in turning complex data into actionable insights that optimize inventory allocation, improve margins, and drive operational efficiency across multiple departments.In my current role, I manage reporting and processes for tens of thousands of styles, leveraging Power BI to deliver twice-weekly analyses that support decision-making across the Merchant organization.
