Provides human resources support for employees and managers of assigned worksites. Responsible for providing expertise in the areas of employee/labor relations, training, recruiting, benefits, leaves of absences and related human resources projects. Manages company policies/procedures, federal and state employment laws and all aspects of human resource functions relating to proper compliance. Supervises employees ensuring a competent and motivated team through hiring, training, development, counseling and reviewing the performance of the employees. Responsible for overseeing annual performance reviews and work towards active mentoring programs for all employees seeking growth opportunities.
