   Speaking Change is a coaching and advising company. I am a positive agent of change. I have been coaching, training and advising clients in the business community for 25+ years. I spent the first 10 years of my career in sales, consulting and large account management. At the invitation of a valued top client, I moved into corporate HR in 2005. For the next 13 years, I served in a variety of senior HR roles with Asurion and Nissan. I left corporate HR in the fall of 2017 to stay home with our oldest for his senior year of high school. After being sought out by prior colleagues and new clients going through transformations and transitions, I formed Speaking Change in 2018. Every day, I am in service to organizations and leaders who aspire to make meaningful and sustainable change happen in their organizations and lives.
