As Portfolio Manager for Southern California at Commercial Fire Protection, I oversee fire life safety operations and client relationships across a portfolio of 135+ multifamily properties. I operate at the intersection of field execution, client strategy, and operational performance—leading teams responsible for the inspection, service, and maintenance of critical life safety systems while ensuring reliability, compliance, and consistent service delivery at scale. My approach is centered on building systems that drive efficiency and growth. I focus on streamlining operations, improving visibility across the portfolio, and aligning teams to execute consistently in complex, high-accountability environments. Prior to this role, I led cross-functional initiatives across e-commerce, fire protection, product development, and startup environments—managing projects ranging from system implementations and compliance programs to business intelligence and process design. That background continues to shape how I identify inefficiencies, solve operational challenges, and implement scalable solutions. I’m focused on expanding operational impact—driving performance improvements, strengthening execution, and identifying opportunities for long-term growth across the business. Outside of work, I’m drawn to challenges that require discipline and long-term planning, including mountaineering glacier peaks, earning my pilot’s license, and long-distance backpacking.
