   Assisted the Programs Coordinator with daily administrative tasks, including answering calls, monitoring the programs and application emails, scanning and organizing documents, managing - Mailchimp, and updating resident and sponsorship data on Salesforce and FormAssembly- Supported resident needs by handling inquiries, checking in new residents, scheduling studio visits with art professionals and schools, and coordinating resident appointments via Calendly for Materials for the Arts (MFTA)- Drafted a sponsor report for the Danish Arts Foundation (DAF) by conducting research, utilizing resident testimonials, and assembling a slide deck of archival images showcasing the studios of previous Danish residents- Collaborated with the Programs-Exhibitions Director to schedule, coordinate, and document programs such as artist talks and field trips- Supported the Facilities Manager with event check-in and exhibition install/deinstall procedures, including art packaging and handling- Administered the 2025/26 cohort application process by filing materials in Google Drive and sending out rejection/acceptance letters via email- Researched artists, artworks, sponsors, and donors for ISCP’s Benefit Auction, using advanced Google Sheets and Adobe Acrobat functions to organize and manage data.
