I have gained experience in various fields of customer service including administrative management, dental assisting, insurance sales/management, and recruitment. I was hired immediately after receiving my dental assisting certificate and worked in the dental field for more than 6 years, cross-training in dental assisting, reception, insurance management, and other office management positions. I received my Bachelors of Business Administration in December of 2022 at the University of North Alabama where I acquired proficiency in problem solving, critical thinking, and client service satisfaction. I have been working in health care staffing since 2023. I am self motivated and strive to continue learning and adding to my skillset!
