In my role as Commercial Coordinator, I am responsible for supporting our local authority members, by connecting them with experienced and trusted Associates through our established Talent Bank.I work closely with Councils to ensure they have timely access to the specialist expertise required to meet evolving demands and deliver positive outcomes for their communities. The Talent Bank provides flexible, high-quality consultancy and interim support across a wide range of key service areas, including Human Resources and Organisational Development, Coaching, Digital Transformation, Communications and Community Engagement, Economic Regeneration, Finance and Commercial Services, Environmental Services, Local Government Reorganisation, Training, Partnership and Strategy Development, Media Services, and more.With a strong focus on collaboration, I am committed to helping local authorities strengthen their capacity, navigate complex challenges, and drive forward meaningful, sustainable change.
