ABOUT PAIGE MCKEOWN

I operate at the nexus of higher ed researcher, practitioner, and consultant - solving complex problems and supporting other leaders in doing so, in a way that aligns with institutional mission and vision and industry trends, is the work that I am passionate about. I have worked across the spectrum of the educational experience - as a k-12 social studies and language arts teacher and school counselor, then a campus based higher ed career spanning nearly 7 years (and ongoing in the classroom). In my various roles, I worked to improve, innovate, and assess the effectiveness of academic advising and student experience at the University of South Carolina. I have taught University 101, the #1 ranked First-Year Experience course in the nation, for the past 9 years. In 2022, I transitioned to the private sector where I joined EAB as a Strategic Leader for Navigate360, an award-winning student success CRM. In that role, I supported higher ed executives, including deans, provosts, VPs, and directors, in their implementation and best use of this powerful tool. I then joined and am currently working on EAB’s Institutional Strategy team, supporting partners in their utilization of our syndicated research and custom reports. I specialize in mapping resources to initiatives, guiding change management, and leading long-term success workflows that help our partners reach their institutional strategy goals.
