Paige is a Partner at O’Hagan Meyer’s Chicago office where her practice is focused on commercial litigation, professional liability defense, directors and officers and employment litigation. Her practice also includes providing defense for high exposure and excess exposure litigation arising out of catastrophic events involving construction, product liability, premises liability and commercial trucking accidents. Paige has extensive experience in the representation of large corporations, directors\' and officers\' of public, private and not for profit organizations, transportation and construction companies, retailers, insurance companies, condominium associations and real estate professionals in a variety of litigation matters and alternative dispute resolution. She is experienced in handling matters brought in federal and state court as well as Arbitration.Paige has successfully defended cases through trial when necessary, but seeks to resolve matters quickly and efficiently where possible. Additionally, she provides client training seminars on risk management strategies and accident investigation.In addition to her general litigation practice, Paige devotes part of her practice to employment matters. She has assisted in drafting and updating employee-related written policies, including employee handbooks, disciplinary policies and compliance manuals. She has also represented employers in actions brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the National Labor Relations Board. Paige also provides general counsel services for several clients. Paige is a licensed real estate broker, and regularly consults with real estate brokers and insurance producers on contractual matters and in professional negligence litigation.
