My practice focuses on advising fund sponsors through the fund formation and SBIC license application process through the US SBA, as well as the continued counsel of both SBIC and non-SBIC funds throughout their terms. I also assist fund sponsors on the development and formation of parallel and successor funds. My practice has included significant work with domestic and offshore private equity and hedge funds of varying size in the formation and operation of private funds. Additionally, I have represented institutional investors in their investment in a variety of asset management products. My experience includes credit, real estate, structured products, venture and social impact funds and investments. I also have significant experience in secondary transactions, including GP-led secondaries, tender offers on the secondary market, and the representation of buyers in the purchase of assets on the secondaries market.
