ABOUT PAIGE LOWE

Paige the head of Human Resources and Marketing at The FNB Community Bank; a historic institution serving the communities of Vandalia, Greenville, Mulberry Grove, Patoka, and Ramsey, IL. Her passion for team building has been called “infectious”. Paige believes in strengthening her network by supporting and empowering her colleagues in their objectives (both personal and professional) and aligning her priorities with company-wide initiatives. As an HR Generalist II/Recruiter with First Mid, she supported the Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, and Termination processes. Her role at First Mid has provided her the opportunity to utilize her experience in Staffing and Marketing to support Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and Retention. She was responsible for planning and implementing the Employer Brand Strategy for First Mid, and managed Talent Acquisition marketing projects by facilitating inter-departmental collaboration. Previously, Paige worked as a Marketing Strategist at the nation’s largest dental support organization (DSO), Heartland Dental in Effingham, IL. As a Marketing Strategist, she acted as the project manager over promotional initiatives for both the Affiliations and Recruiting departments. These initiatives included email nurturing, paid social campaigns, print collateral, placement and promotion of both digital and video assets, content creation, direct mail, trade show support, and internal event support, as well as overall brand strategy and reporting.Before transitioning to Heartland Dental, Paige worked as a Staffing Consultant at Express Employment Professionals of Effingham, IL. Here, she acted as an account manager, providing consultation and staffing services to local clientele. This included market research, promoting available job positions, digital and print marketing, recruiting, candidate screening and strategic business planning, as well as interviewing, career coaching, job placement and benefits support for candidates.
