About Paige Jensen
I turn complex, ambiguous problems into products people actually use — and I\'ve been doing it from greenfield concept to global scale. My career has spanned some of the most data-heavy product challenges out there: geospatial rail asset tracking across miles for Union Pacific, an IT asset management platform that reduced outage response times, and most recently, AI-powered developer tooling and a generative AI product development solution. From 2022–2024, I led the build and launch of ESNTL Wellness — a holistic enterprise wellbeing platform built in collaboration with Apple. I grew from design lead to Product Director, shipped the platform, and sold it into 20+ enterprises worldwide. The program\'s success came down to trust: with Apple partners, with executives, and with the cross-functional team I built and led. What I bring isn\'t just design craft — it\'s the ability to hold a product vision, build the team around it, and drive it across the finish line in high-ambiguity environments. Currently open to my next opportunity in product design leadership.
