Responsibilities include researching, validating, initiating requisitions, and preparing daily reports and correspondence to ensure continuous inventory control, procurement, storage, packaging, shipping, receiving, and cataloging of required materials.Stakeholder Coordination & Logistics: Facilitate the ordering and procurement of parts by collaborating with key organizations such as NAVSUP, General Atomics, and Andrews Air Force Base, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of mission-critical components.Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Review and interpret a wide range of technical orders, quality assurance standards, maintenance manuals, military specifications, and Local Operating Instructions (LOIs). Ensure compliance with all Department of Defense (DoD) directives, Company policies, and manufacturer requirements, including adherence to COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series and other relevant guidelines.Safety & Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations, as well as mandated Quality Assurance, Security, and Explosive Safety policies, ensuring that all operations comply with Navy, Air Force, and company standards for safety and operational integrity.
