That perspective led me to pursue a master’s in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology, where I focus on creating meaningful, measurable learning experiences for adult learners.My work includes developing competency-based e-learning modules, conducting learner and needs analyses, and aligning instructional solutions to organizational goals.
