About Paige Blackburn

As both a Pharmacist and a Recruiter, I have been lucky enough to find a career that merges my two career paths and allows me to help people while doing work I love! My goal is to find extraordinary pharmacists and help them achieve their career goals and provide excellent patient care to the Walmart patient population across the United States.I began my journey with Walmart as a pre-grad intern while I was in pharmacy school at the University of Mississippi. After graduating pharmacy school, I was able to move across the country to start a new adventure in California while continuing to work as a pharmacist with Walmart in the San Francisco Bay Area. When the opportunity came to begin working in campus relations and recruiting pharmacists for Walmart, I jumped at the opportunity, and I found a whole new passion in recruiting. I now have the privilege to lead our pharmacy recruitment team for all of Walmart US.In my free time I usually try to get in as much hang time with my husband and two young children as possible. We love to get outside and explore all the beauty that California has to offer! With my very little free time (2 young kids!), I enjoy cooking, reading, exercising, spending time with friends, and finding ways to dance and sing whenever I can. I’m so grateful that Walmart has given me the opportunity to explore different roles throughout different parts of the country as well as grow my career.
