I have played a central role in the market share wars in The Wireless Industry, the technology transition to 4G, the growth of prepaid wireless services and most importantly the Sprint turn- around after the merger with Nextel. A couple of my most notable roles included :* Led the $10 Billion dollar Business Markets division at Sprint from 20••••12, rebuilt Sprint\'s brand in the business market segment, led Sprint transition to a wireless solutions provider launching M2M, managed wireless services and cloud services.* Managed the consumer and business sales channels for Sprint managing employees, and $4 Billion dollar expense budget. Under my leadership, Sprint retail stores were recognized by JD Power as # 1 in customer satisfaction. Our business sales team went from selling devices to a solution selling organization.* Directed the Wholesale group when built a $1.0 Billion dollar line of business serving the Cable industry.I currently serve on the boards of three public companies,YUM! Brands, Synchrony Financial and Assurant. I Chair the Board of Sorenson Communications and serve on the Board of Ariel Alternatives. I have over 10 years of experience serving on public company boards and have experience with many of the top governance issues facing public companies including: CEO succession, Corporate Strategy, Innovation and Technology, M&A; Activist Investors and Executive Compensation.When not working I enjoy mentoring young professionals, playing Golf, Cycling and Skiing.I am interested in connecting with people in private equity that are looking for senior operating executives to evaluate potential acquisitions, serve as interim CEO and /or and advisor to their portfolio companies.
