   As the Manager of BBH\'s Global Volunteerism and Philanthropy Program I oversee our employee giving campaign, and work with employees and philanthropic partners to create community engagement opportunities that are both rewarding to the volunteer participants and beneficial to the target population and greater communities in which we live and work. In this role I helped to formalize a philanthropy policy for our firm, which helps to focus our efforts in specific \"target\" areas while accommodating for global differences in the ideas of philanthropy and volunteerism. I also work closely with our affinity networks in their endeavors to increase membership and awareness. My years of experience with employees in our other offices as well as a broad range of domestic and international clients enables me to develop new engagement activities for employees from all areas and backgrounds.
