Getting together with a group of amazing people and putting our efforts together to make the world or a business better is one of my passions. Game changing projects is one of the reasons why I am in supply chain. I\'m also in supply chain, because that is how I think. I\'m always trying to get things done faster while saving money at the same time. Here are some skills that have made me successful in my career:Technical Skills: Tech skills are something I have not shied away from. I take learning technical skills full on. I have learned Excel, R Programming, HTML, and CSS. I have also used Javascript, Tableau, and SQL. I hope to continue improving those skills and learn more about Python and PowerBI. I use these tools in school, work and my daily life. Leadership: The times that I have been a leader, I make educated decisions and care for those I am working with. I seek to empower others and make sure they have the tools they need to succeed in their work. I work with others to create goals, follow up on goals, and accomplish goals.Persistence: I don\'t stop working, learning, and trying. Once I get started on something, it is hard for me to stop doing that one thing I was working on. Putting in long hours for projects to make them quality is something I am passionate about. I don\'t give up until the thing I have desired has been accomplished. I make mistakes like everyone else, and I strive to not make the same mistakes again. I try to find painpoints and improve those painpoints.
