About Pooja Adur
Senior UX Researcher with a Master’s degree in Human Factors, a background in Anthropology, and 6+ years of experience studying how people think, make decisions, and navigate complex systems. I lead mixed-methods research across the product lifecycle, from generative discovery to evaluative usability studies. My work has informed products such as AI-assisted tools, procurement and workplace platforms, and data and knowledge systems that support complex workflows. I work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to identify opportunities and translate research insights into product decisions and business strategy. My research has helped uncover adoption barriers and reduce cognitive load in demanding tasks.Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, learning about different cultures, and noticing the cultural differences that shape the way people experience and interact with the world around them.
