About Padmapriya Ramakrishnan
I have spent close to two decades in the IT industry during which I have essayed multiple roles from Solution Architect, Business Analyst to Program Manager – mid sized projects.In my last role in Oracle as the Delivery Manager - Integration for the MEA region, I was responsible for Presales and Project Delivery/Governance for all fusion middleware integration components ( Cloud + on-premise) in the Middle East and Africa regions. On the SAAS front, I have worked as the pre-sales solution architect for large deals in the HCM domain (Fusion HCM suite of products).Until recently, I was leading the PAAS initiative for HCM, where-in I was responsible for designing bolt on Fusion HCM solutions using the Oracle PAAS platform to extend the Fusion HCM suite of functions.On the domain front, the I have worked in the HCM domain, with Taleo suite of products and have now moved into the Fusion HCM space. I have also worked in the Telecom domain as a Solution Architect specializing in authoring integration solutions on Oracle Fusion Middleware platform. I was also responsible for kick starting new customer engagements, establishing primary relationships, and delivering architectural roadmaps.As a Solution Architect, I have analyzed, designed and architected solutions for turnkey projects spanning HCM, BSS, eCommerce streams with focus on fusion middleware products ( SOA Suite, Service Bus, AIA FP and Communication PIPs viz. Order to Activate, Order to Bill, Agent Assisted Billing) In my role as a Program/Project Manager, I have been involved in all aspects of project management, from writing proposal to its defense, budgeting, vendor management, third party liaising, and end to end project SDLC.
