Forecast revenue month-on-month by collaborating with the delivery and sales team to help the organization leaders make strategic decisions • Responsible for preparing and analyzing MIS reports and creating Dashboards to provide key financial insights to the leaders on revenue, costs, and profitability • Conduct comprehensive reviews of the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, analyzing revenue, expenses, and margins. Identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement to enhance profitability. Provide actionable insights to the stakeholders to optimize financial performance • Assist in the Annual Budget preparation across multiple departments • Ensure compliance with ASC606 revenue recognition standards. Collaborate with the delivery and sales teams to accurately recognize revenue and align with contractual terms. Conduct periodic reviews to assess revenue recognition practices and make necessary adjustments • Preparation of monthly Cash Flow Statement to understand the Cash flow from Operating Activities, Investing Activities & Financing Activities • Conduct a month-on-month variance analysis of all the expenses related to client projects, internal departments, and give commentaries • Raising monthly Invoices for different clients, accepting/clearing payments, and following up on overdue receivables • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by management, providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency and decision support
