As a Chief Architect at Ratna Global Tech, I draw from my 22 years of experience in software engineering and architecture to spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and user-centric AI and ML solutions for a diverse range of clients and industries, including Telecom, BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. My expertise encompasses Data Architecture, ML, ML Ops Platforms, J2EE, Ruby on Rails, Go, Rust, SOA, XML, Web Services, Node, React, and Python. I also possess a deep understanding of wireless technologies and protocols such as SMPP, MM7, and Voice XML. Notably, I was a member of the next-generation team at Lucent Technologies that pioneered the VoiceXML 1.0 interpreter.My technical prowess extends to multi-cloud architectures, where I specialize in architecting and deploying solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and custom cloud environments. This multi-cloud expertise enables me to design systems that are not only highly scalable and reliable but also optimized for cost-efficiency and performance across different cloud platforms. In the realm of containerization and orchestration, my skills in Kubernetes are a significant aspect of my role. I manage Kubernetes clusters to ensure seamless container deployment, scaling, and management, thereby enhancing application portability and efficiency in cloud-native environments.I thrive on tackling complex challenges, fostering collaborations across multifunctional teams, and delivering top-tier products that align with the aspirations of end-users and stakeholders. Before joining Ratna Global Tech, I served as a Principal/Senior Software Engineer at Telecommunication Systems. In this role, I architected and developed key features and components for various applications. My contributions spanned the creation and application of SMS, MMS, MM7 gateways, A Single Sign-On server, orchestrating the migration from Solaris to Linux, Complex Backend Network API stack, and introducing VoiceXML text-to-speech features for prestigious clients such as Verizon Wireless, Alcatel-Lucent, British Telecommunications and Equinix. Furthermore, I actively engaged in architect councils, developer conferences, design dialogues, code reviews, security assessments, and customer support initiatives.
