Responsible for getting the cost clarification project parts from the sourcing team on projects.• Work on the customer schedules and work on the SAP PR and PO conversion.• PO management with suppliers and work on the supply visibility.• Analyze the critical components and expedite requests with the vendor and manufacturers.• Summarize the critical issues and escalate internally for expedites.• Floating RFQ and selection of vendors based on the quality, service and cost, and getting the samples from the selected vendors for validation.• Meticulous follow-up with vendors so that the materials are available at the right time for production.• Hands-on experience in Digi-Key, Mouser and other third-party websites.• Work with the finance team on the payment priorities addressing the shipments requirements.• Work internally on the program team on the clarification and driver for the alternates.• Coordinating with logistics for clearance activity and furnishing required data for priority clearance.• Work with the store and IQC for part clearance and share the clarification in case of any issues.• Finance related activities on accounting issues and reconciliation with vendors on a weekly basis.• Visiting supplier places quarterly once discuss critical parts delivery, forecasts order, lead time management and will meet supplier on time delivery.• Good exposure in working projects in all sectors such as communication / Networking, Defense, Industrial, Automotive and Medical applications
