   Developed innovative methods of displaying vast amounts of data that smart cities produce in user-friendly formats by ideating and creating an app designed to support EXPO2020’s goals. Visualized a broad variety of instructional data which served as a blueprint for future smart cities. Produced designs enriched with global, bias-free context and insights. Directly contributed to the team winning multiple Awards in 2020/21. Developed an end-to-end UX solution that addressed FIFA World Cup 2022 crowd management issues with predictive maintenance for future crowd issues at various locations across Qatar by designing a 3D user interface that supports the seamless execution of a mega event. Designed a centralized tool to survey/monitor/warn/predict assets and scenarios, and also automated maintenance decision-making and triggered actions to prevent/mitigate thresholds. Contributed directly to my team receiving an increased volume of projects based on the praise I received on the UX concepts I produced for the client; and received accolades for my visual design which was approved and applied across all the dashboards designed in NEOM user cases. Currently in process of exploring Metaverse.SIGNATURE PROJECTS: FIFA Qatar 2022 World Cup: Worked on a POC for crowd management to augment crowd data and action items on a digital twin of the Lusail stadium environment. Dubai Expo 2020: Worked on the entire project from ideation to design sign-off, creating a universally adapted and scalable design solution for smart city management, bringing Live Sensor Data superimposed on BIM and GIS models. Worked collaboratively with Product Managers in gathering and evaluating user requirements. Presented UX concepts to the project stakeholders for review, feedback, and iterations. NEOM Polaris: Designed an end-to-end Integrated device management application with sustainability monitoring factors for different use cases such as technology/sustainability, etc.
