With significant experience in working with India HQ and global multinational companies, I enjoy working closely with business, leaders and human resource professionals to contribute to overall local and global talent priorities. I have also personally led & presented at internal and external conferences & client events towards insights & partnering. As a recent Project Fellow at the World Economic Forum, shaping insights & actions critical to Preparing for the Future of Work agenda in a post pandemic world, I am especially keen on people sustainability/ESG matters and hope to have a larger purpose in building a cohesive and equal society. While rooted in psychology and humanities by academic inclination, on the technology side, I’m fascinated by innovation and newer models of working to support a human-centric workplace. My areas of work to reach out to include future of work insights & advisory, talent consulting matters across career vertical, people policies & practices, people sustainability, expatriate program design inbound and outbound, local and global compensation & benefits, managing integrated and distributed workforces, talent research & insights etc.
