Transformations Manager/Architect, for future focused strategic HR projects.1) Project1: Driving Talent Strategy, with a cross functional team of 50 Business Leaders/ Change Champions cutting across Talent Management, Recruitment, Competency Development, Total Rewards and Recognition and Strategic Workforce Planning. This project is sponsored by the India CEO and owner by the CHRO. One of the important legs of this initiative is also the establishment of a Future Leadership Program to identify and develop a pool future leaders who will propel Bosch to the next orbit of growth. 2) Project2: Program managed organizational restructuring using zero based org design principles. The approach involves top down leveraging on industry benchmarks for sizing, spans, layers, structure and roles as well as bottom up analysis of activity-effort. This program delivered 28% headcount optimization at mid and senior leadership levels through various methods like reskilling, redeployment and outplacement while managing the entire change with care, concern, and empathy. This program is the first of its kind and therefore in my role, ensuring stakeholder management and change management was a critical aspect for project success. 3) Project3: Program Managed the implementation of Integrated Talent Management (ITM) across all locations and business divisions of BOSCH Limited, India. ITM aims at establishing a link between the business strategy, talent strategy, talent related processes and IT landscape.As a strategic change agent, I am responsible for establishing the ecosystem, to drive high performance, build the desired culture and enhance leadership capability.
