Current Role: Manager, Clinical Data ManagementLead and manage Clinical Data Management (CDM) team members, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity across projects.Supervise daily activities of assigned DM projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Coordinate with clients and third-party vendors; escalate project issues in a timely manner.Oversee database design, testing, edit check programming, data entry, coding, SAE reconciliation, and database lock procedures.Prepare/review Data Management Plan (DMP), DM reports, CRFs, edit check plans, and related study documentation.Ensure data quality through query management, DCF tracking, and implementation of SOPs and QC procedures.Conduct training for new team members; support recruitment and development efforts.Support departmental heads with administrative tasks including resource tracking, access management, and internal reporting.Monitor attendance, leave records, and coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding.Organize team-building events and foster a positive work culture.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, and internal quality standards.
