About Padma Lamo
I am a researcher, currently pursuing my PhD at IIT Bhubaneswar. My work is centered on enhancing educational outcomes, with a focus on receptive skill development in ESL learners, particularly in reading comprehension and listening skills. I am deeply committed to integrating technology and multimedia in education, as well as exploring inclusive education strategies for learners facing challenges. Driven by a vision to improve our education system, I am working to ensure that every learner, regardless of their background or abilities, has the opportunity to succeed. My research also aligns with my broader mission of giving back to society, which is reflected in my involvement with initiatives aimed at educational growth and development in Ladakh. My key responsibilities include:Leadership: I design, implement, and manage educational programs that align with our mission. The research I direct helps improve our programs and contributes to both academic knowledge and practical solutions.Strategic Planning: I provide guidance to make sure our educational initiatives are impactful, sustainable, and can grow over time.
