Currently supervising our Sales & Service team, comprised of 6 representatives who are in hybrid roles of servicing our season ticket holders and selling - Continuing to hire, train and supervise our Inside Sales Team - Responsible for all reporting in both new ticket sales and renewals - Developing new ticket sales campaigns including pricing planning and launch strategies - Creating touchpoint campaigns to lead our team to providing exceptional customer service to our ticket holders - Involved in managing the budget and developing ticket sales goals - Working closely with the marketing team to ensure successful launch of all ticketing products
