About Paden Wiese

I am passionate about helping families and small business owners plan for happy, successful lives. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a love of my community, but it wasn’t until I began as an intern for Northwestern Mutual when I was a student at Texas A&M that I discovered my passion for connecting with people and helping them plan for their futures. Since 1859, Northwestern Mutual has a long tradition of doing right by its clients and employees and I find this loyalty and dedication key to my values as a financial planner and leader in my industry. As a financial planner, I care deeply about helping people create financial plans that capture their individual goals and visions. When my clients speak, I listen. This has led to long-standing relationships which are the most fulfilling part of my job. I am grateful to be able to create relationships with members of my community and help both families and business owners grow. In addition to helping clients plan for the future, I serve as a Growth and Development Director. The mentorship that I received when I joined Northwestern Mutual as an intern was invaluable to me and I pay this forward by encouraging the next generation of leaders to grow as well as serving as a resource for people beginning their careers in finance.
