Worked as a consultant to a number of organisations providing advice and support to help them develop and promote apprenticeship schemes, understand funding and policy and also influence influencers. This includes:• Invited as an recognised apprenticeship leader to attend the launch of the government\'s new Apprenticeship Delivery Board in January 2016. Also invited to give evidence to the Public Accounts Committee on Apprenticeship Programme progress in March 2019.• Project/Funding Adviser for Cherwell District Council\'s Build!® Programme. UK\'s most pioneering self-build, affordable housing project, currently delivering 250 new homes in Banbury and North Oxfordshire. Winner of several national awards for Housing and Local Government Excellence and Innovation. • Campaign Lead for Skills Funding Agency\'s #PassTheTorch campaign in Thames Valley. Engineered by Apprentices in Wiltshire, the Torch symbolises the passing of skills & knowledge from employers to Apprentices. The Torch was at business briefing events across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Swindon & Wiltshire, and made a number of visits to employers across the area who invest in Apprenticeships. • Founder of \'Oxfordshire Apprenticeships\'. An Oxfordshire Local Enterprise (OxLEP) service to help young people, parents and businesses get better access to, and information about, Apprenticeships. Originator of \'Making Sense of Apprenticeships\' briefing sessions for businesses, pop-up \'ApprenticeSHOPs\' and Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards. Follow on social media and online provide services to a number of other organisations including Northampton Partnership Homes, Blenheim Palace and Bedfordshire & Luton Education Partnership.
