As a generalist, I have experience in corporate affairs and communications; sports; technology; and media, and enjoy leveraging my breadth of knowledge to bring a holistic and robust approach to market research and candidate evaluation.I previously worked in the research team at Odgers, with extensive experience identifying and placing board level and C-suite talent in the not-for-profit; charities; government; and healthcare arenas, working with some of the UK’s highest-profile organisations.I am deeply committed to embedding diversity, equity and inclusion at the heart of my processes. Candidate care is central to my philosophy and in developing honest relationships with both candidates and clients to truly understand their needs, I seek to create the very best mutual alignments to deliver on requirements for all stakeholders.
