About Patrick McShane

Patrick is a Sales Leader for CompHealth, the top Locums Tenens company in the United States. Previous to that he spent 5 years in various Learning & Development capacities through CHG Healthcare after spending a year working as both a physician recruiter and a client consultant for the Outpatient Psychiatry specialty. Prior to his time at CompHealth, Patrick was a nationally recognized student affairs professional with over 12 years experience in higher education. He is an advocate for traditionally undeserved populations and brings this lens to everything he does. Patrick holds an M.Ed. degree, has a background in counseling, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership & Policy at the University of Utah. He enjoys following English soccer and embracing his Irish heritage.
