ABOUT PADDY DEIGHAN J. D.
Padraic \"Paddy\" Deighan is an investor, attorney, consultant, speaker, M.B.A. and Doctor of Quantum Analysis. He was the former CEO of the nations’ largest network of dermatology and plastic surgery centers/medical spas. His company employed thousands of dermatologists, plastic surgeons, estheticians, and other health care professionals. Paddy is a Senior staff member at RCMMatter in Gainesville, GA. RCMMatter is a multinational tech and healthcare firm. He has consulted with several of the largest pharmaceutical companies and is the former legal counsel to the first laser introduced in the United States for laser hair removal (as well as another pigmented lesion/vascular laser company). Dr. Deighan is an adviser to multiple state Boards of Medicine and has been an adviser to the Boards of Cosmetology. He is also a consultant to the Federation of State Boards of Medicine. Recently, he was appointed adviser by two states to oversee laser regulation in those states. Dr. Deighan has spoken at some of the most prestigious universities and organizations such as Yale University, Harvard University, and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS); American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS); and ISPA. He has been a featured speaker at many of the most prestigious health care Venture Capital symposiums. Dr. Deighan is one of two Legal Match nationally certified tax attorneys; Dr. Deighan is a scientific consultant to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Pasadena California. He was also a partner in NASA’s first Venture Capital fund; Technology Tree. Dr. Deighan structured Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) transactions between the People’s Republic of China and Russia. Dr. Deighan negotiated many of the aspects of what is the largest commodity transaction (in excess of one trillion dollars – not 400 billion as reported in international news). Dr. Deighan also works with the Government of Myanmar (Burma) on building infrastructure to support expansion of oil and gas development.
