Richard Pachino has amassed a broad range of experiences and skills through a variety of roles in the real estate, restaurant, catering, sports marketing & entertainment businesses. Currently, he is a Senior Leasing Advisor in Florida and New York. He worked with Robeks, Scotto Brothers Inc, Adams Restaurant Group, Naples Flatbread & Wine Bar, Golfsmith, Invite Health, HPG Steakhouses, Gentle Dental, LimeFresh in addition to other national & local restaurants. Previously he was Leasing Director of corporate real estate/investment properties at Oxford & Simpson RE Co. in Jericho,NY. He focused on opening new business opportunities and providing high-level service to corp. managing partners, CEO’s and CFO’s. Pachino sold the development property for the Cooper Square Hotel in NYC in early 2005. Brokering the deal for both parties.Prior to real estate, he directed sports marketing for Internet Pictures Corporation in NYC. He was responsible for overall penetration of sports and RE markets on the Web. His client portfolio included: NFL.com, NBA.com, NHL.com, USOC.org and MajorLeagueBaseball.com. iPIX was selected provider-of-choice for the Super Bowl, Kentucky Derby, MLB\'s All-Star Game, The French Open and the British Open.Before moving to NYC, Mr. Pachino resided in his hometown of Baltimore, MD. He ran his family restaurant biz from 19••••97. Their establishments included Ralphie’s Diner and Baltimore’s renowned Hersh’s Orchard Inn. Hersh’s was recognized as Balto.’s #1 rest. in 1990. He directed a 65 person staff, including hiring, training, catering, scheduling and evaluation.
