Responsible for all clinical programs, including program evaluation and training. Directly oversees all Division Directors in areas of outpatient, early intervention, intensive services and life learning/transition age youth services as well quality, management, evaluation and training functions. The number of provider positions overseen is more than 115. Assures that all client care systems achieve positive outcomes via indicators of social and emotional well-being, and effective case management. In addition, anticipates, initiates and implements program changes due to various factors, such as new funding streams for innovative prevention programs including the Clinic’s Integrated Service Model in concert with a primary care partner as well as existing programs. Responsible for preparing informational reports and packets to the Board of Directors. Responsible for overseeing the Clinic’s long-standing affiliation with the University of Southern California’s psychiatry resident training program, and expanding services with established local health services providers.
