ABOUT PACO DE PENA

My name is Paco DE LA PEÑA, I live in Nice and I am currently in my final year of high school at Lycée Stanislas Nice.Since 2023, I have been a member of the Regional Youth Parliament of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d\'Azur Region, an institution aimed at representing the youth of our territory and working on issues concerning them (citizenship, sustainable development, Europe.).In parallel, I am also a member of several think tanks, associations, and public organizations working on topics that are close to my heart, such as sustainable development (particularly from the perspective of the seas and oceans in the context of the UNOC ), youth, and international relations (with a specialized focus on the European Union level ).For example, I am the president of Les Lycéens, whose aim is to promote and facilitate engagement in high school life and in school democracy. The association also aims to represent and be the spokesperson for high school students in high school life bodies. The association advocates for participatory youth in social, environmental, and cultural issues.My other commitments at the Mouvement Européen-France (Deputy Secretary General of the Young Europeans of Nice), within the Young Ambassadors for the Climate (an organization working on the representation of youth in international climate negotiations, where I was the referent for the South-East of France), within Rotary International. have also allowed me to acquire numerous skills and gain insights into several themes.Additionally, I have had several professional experiences through my observation internships (which gave me the opportunity to develop my hard skills and soft skills) in a parliamentary office, at the office of the President of the Departmental Council of the Alpes-Maritimes, at the European Parliament, at the Paris office of the international strategy consulting firm Bain & Company, at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, and at the office of the President of the National Assembly.Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information : p••••••••@gmail.com & utm_campaign=share_via & utm_content=profile &
