Pablo Moulden is a tenacious Community Health Specialist and dynamic public health advocate and speaker, known for his proven expertise, methodical problem-solving, and relentless commitment to client-centered care.In key public health roles, including as the sole Disease Investigation Specialist for the pilot Enhanced Gonorrhea Surveillance Program at the Fairfax County Health Department (FCHD), Pablo not only provided critical supportive services and rapid infectious disease diagnostics to over 500 clients but also engaged over 175 providers to ensure disease reporting compliance, testing, and patient treatment. Previously, as a Youth Program Coordinator and Health Educator/Navigator at NovaSalud, Pablo is recognized for his proactive execution and ability to \"plow right through barriers\" to solve problems and achieve strategic impact. Further demonstrating his technical capability, Pablo has 7.5 years of experience administering databases and electronic health records (including VEDSS, eHARS, and EPIC). His early professional experience includes performing COVID-19 sample collection for Arlington County and serving as a Financial Analyst & IT Security Specialist.As a moving and empowering speaker, Pablo has personally reached over students and community members through nearly 200 presentations. He is celebrated for his natural stage presence and storytelling talent, utilizing a refreshingly honest and personal narrative to facilitate a safe space for sensitive conversations.
