For example, I saved person-hours / month by defining an ML roadmap, establishing funnel metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy ML models enhancing HR Representative responses.I prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and love creating opportunities for underserved populations to access engineering careers. I partnered with Facebook recruiting to spearhead the Facebook University program, which opened the door to technical mentorships for promising graduates across Latin America.
