ABOUT PABLO BIZZOTTO

I am a business oriented and deal enabler in-house legal counsel, with a particular decision-maker attitude, a leader approach and 15 years of hands-on experience at various positions in one of the major Italian telecom operators; I am now Head of Contracts, leading a team of senior lawyers and being responsible for the legal aspects of all the procurement agreements, wholesale services and B2B sales. More recently I\'ve been involved in several M&A deals drafting SPAs, MSAs and other agreements/contractual documents. Specialized in negotiating and managing commercial agreements, Outsourcing projects, IT Service agreements (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and Cloud solutions in general), Consumer Law, SW Licensing and Data Protection, I also have wide experience in intercompany arrangements, logistics and supply chain contracts. I have been personally in charge of negotiating contracts with the most important ICT suppliers in the world including Apple, Google, Facebook, Oracle, Microsoft, Samsung, Ericsson, Huawei and many others, mostly for the Italian market, but also working in global roles as Lead OpCo Lawyer for CKH Group. I have gained leadership experience and a profound knowledge of ICT market by being an active member in various leadership teams and I am now leading i) the Contracts Department in Wind Tre and ii) since March 2023 I am also deputy head of the the corporate affairs for the recently crealted internal business branch of the network infrastructure part of the company. I am an extraordinarily passionate, curious, open minded and sensitive person and a hard-working professional with a strong legal expertise and brilliant business knowledge.
