Additionally, I served as the Business Development Vice President.Some achievements include. Successfully incremented Gross Margin by 10% in an EPC Propane/Propylene Greenfield Plant. Achieved a higher Gross Margin than budgeted for an EPC LS Polypropylene Expansion Plant. Awarded Top 25 IT Managers of the Year in Venezuela 2011, for launching SAP ERP Integrated Cost Control for EPC projects acting as Project Manager. Guided as Director of the Project Management Office, 30+ talented people including project management standards, implemented new ones, and optimized existing procedures. Mentored and taught 14 training courses in-house for Project Control and Project Management for 200+ peers. Additionally, I coordinated and oversaw office space, logistics and support for the projects, including managing the remodeling of the headquarters building.I am known for my ability to build high-performing teams that consistently deliver projects as planned and within budget.
