Manage the entire employee lifecycle from the onboarding till the leaver process\\\\n Be the first point of contact for our employees in Spain and France and answer any HR-related questions\\\\n Support any work permits or visa applications for employees in the region\\\\n Support other EMEA countries on an ad-hoc basis\\\\n Manage all employee benefits such as pension funds, life insurance, service awards, and any\\\\nother benefits available in Spain and France\\\\n Participate in Penguin Experience committees to support the implementation of new benefits\\\\nin your region such as gym memberships, meal vouchers, etc.\\\\n Prepare payroll on a monthly basis with the support of our local vendor, and help pay out salaries\\\\n Maintain and update our HR policies and procedures\\\\n Provide guidance and training to our employees on new HR processes and/or tools\\\\n Support the annual performance management process\\\\n In partnership with Senior HR Specialists, support HR process improvements to ensure maximum efficiency for our team and a better experience for our employees\\\\n Participate in HR initiatives and global or regional HR projects such as GDPR, Right to Work, HR Team events, etc.\\\\n Assist the HR Manager EMEA handling the HR integration between CO2 Logic and South Pole with regards to processes, policies, and systems\\\\n Be the main point of contact for our French and Spanish managers, identify their challenges, and look for solutions accordingly\\\\n Setting up the Social and Economic Committee, preparation and running of monthly meetings\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
