I grew up in a small town in Valencia, Spain, in a family where entrepreneurship and hard work were simply a way of life. My father has owned and operated a restaurant for over 40 years, and from a young age I was exposed to what it takes to build something from the ground up — long hours, consistency, and pride in the work you do.Sports shaped me in the same way. I played multiple sports growing up, but tennis became my main focus and eventually gave me the opportunity to travel across Europe and compete internationally. At 17, tennis brought me to the United States on a scholarship to Kentucky, where I earned my degree in Business Administration and later completed my MBA while competing on the university’s tennis team.After graduating, I was looking for an environment where performance, leadership, and growth were truly rewarded. I found that in this industry. In less than a year I progressed into an Assistant Manager role, helping build and develop teams while driving strong results in outreach and fundraising campaigns.I’m someone who thrives on growth, competition, and building people. My goal over the next few months is to open my own office and continue developing leaders who want to create opportunities for themselves and others.
