ABOUT PABLO MALDONADO
I\'ve been with Creative for decades. I\'ve held various positions over the years, including: Director of the Private Enterprise Division, Director of Operations, Director of Programs & Operations. I became COO in 2011. I supervise three programmatic divisions-Communities in Transition, Education, and Economic Growth Divisions. I also oversee four operational divisions-Information Management & Technology, Human Resources, Security, Field Administration and Communications Divisions. As COO, I operationalize Creative\'s strategic plan, manage the day-to-day operations of a complex organization, manage business performance, and build institutional capacity in order to position the firm to seize growth opportunities. Creative operates about 25 field offices in mostly politically turbulent and often non-permissive environments. In transitional environments, Creative seeks to find opportunities to recreate, reinvigorate and rebuild better. What a privilege!
